New receipts for a strong politic of sustainability The second annual meeting of Regional Network of Sustainable Strategies West (RENN.west) wants to discuss about the advancement of the implementation of the German Sustainability Strategie with representatives of civil society, local authorities, science, and economy. Four wokrshops („bRENNpunkte“) - participation, education, digitalization and agriculture -  will take place and illuminate chances and challenges for a sustainable development. Findings of the meeting RENN.west will bring into the development of the German Sustainability Strategie.

The ERF seeks to contribute to the development and implementation of common positions for policy-making in Europe and internationally. The ERF is an important instrument for communication on resource issues and for setting up networks and initiating stakeholder alliances at the European level.

The aim of the NRF is, to provide a national forum for discussion with the issue „protection of natural resources“ with the focus on political and academic discussion of the subject. After three successful meeting in 2012, 2014 and 2016 the NRF developed to an important stage in Germany. The Annual Meeting remains the foremost gathering of top leaders from politics, business, civil society and academia to shape global, industry and regional agendas in the context of Globalization 4.0 and the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
